What's the Return Policy?

Look at the steps: 

  • Returns received postmarked after 30 days from the original purchase date will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. We don’t accept returns after 30 days from the original purchase date.  
  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged pieces with original tags attached are eligible for a return or an exchange.  
  • We offer free returns and exchanges.  
  • Please note that we only exchange an item once. After exchanging it, you can only return it and receive a refund for the full amount paid for the item.  
  • Exchanged items in-store cannot be returned nor exchanged again. After opening a return, you can’t add or remove products. In this case, you should contact our CS Team at customerservice@dressto.com so we can address your case.  
  •  Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. On purchases over $800, taxes will be paid by the consumer.  
  •  It is necessary to show the receipt of the purchase or present the order’s number. 
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer.  
  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned. If your order is considered SALE, you can still try again and choose a new piece to call your own.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Also, we offer Free Shipping on orders above $150

How the exchanges work?

You can request an exchange via this link: https://dresstostore.troque.app.br/

How it works: 

  1. Return the product: Send your item to our distribution center. 
  2. Get credit: After we receive and inspect the returned product, a credit equal to its value will be added to your account. 
  3. This credit can be used to shop on our website. 
  4. It will be available within 10 business days and valid for 2 months. 
  5. Place a new order: Once we confirm the return, you can use your credit to place a new order on our site.

Discount code policy
  • Discounts and codes are not cumulative with other codes or sales/markdowns.
  • No additional discounts can be applied to Final Sale items, unless communicated otherwise by our official channels.
  • Discounts are not applicable to collab items.
  • Codes and sales can be ended at any time without prior notice. Adding items to the cart does not guarantee a discount.
What does final sale mean?

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will always identify the final sale items with a tag.
Also, no extra discounts can be applied to Final Sale items, unless communicated by our official channels.
