Hand wash cold, inside out, with a mild detergent. Don’t soak, rub or wring.
Dry
Don’t wring: roll it in a towel, then dry on a hanger or flat, in the shade. No dryer.

Best not to. If needed, low heat on the reverse with a cotton cloth in between.
